How do I use Pink Pop?
- Early onset of odor/imbalance:
Insert 2 capsules into the vagina at bedtime for up to 7 nights. - Maintenance:
Insert 1 capsule into the vagina every 3–4 days or as needed.
Use at bedtime (a liner may be helpful for mild discharge) and wash hands before and after use.
Do not exceed 2 capsules (300 mg) in a 24-hour period.

- Microcrystalline Cellulose
- Hypromellose (capsule)

Who should not use Pink Pop?
Do not use Pink Pop if:
- You are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding
- You have open sores, active vaginal bleeding, fever or pelvic pain – seek medical care instead
- You are under 18 years old

Can I swallow Pink Pop?
No. Pink Pop is for vaginal use only.
Do not take orally and do not swallow.
If swallowed, contact a medical professional or poison control centre immediately.
Can I use Pink Pop on my period?
Many people prefer to wait until bleeding has settled, as menstrual blood can also affect pH.
If you’re unsure about using Pink Pop during your period or have heavier bleeding, it’s best to ask your doctor or nurse what is appropriate for you.
Can I use Pink Pop after sex?
Pink Pop is often used in routines after sex, sweating, travel, or at the end of a period to support freshness and balance.
Always:
- Make sure you don’t have any irritation, cuts or sores, and
- Follow the directions on the packaging and do not exceed the daily dose.
